Praia de Jacaré
A maior atração turística de Cabedelo é a praia de rio, e jacaré. Entenda-se é uma praia de rio, e jacaré nunca apareceu ali. O nome vem dos hidroaviões que desciam ali nas décadas de 40 e 50. Lá curte-se o sol, mas de maneira diferente. Uma série de bares com decks sobre a água do rio se sucede e ao cair da tarde, começa a chegar mais gente. Quando o sol começa a se pôr, o silêncio é quebrado por uma música, o Bolero de Ravel e o poente entra em sintonia com a melodia.

Alligator Beach
The greatest attraction in Cabedelo is the river beach and alligator beach. It's a river beach and the alligator has never shown up there. This name comes from the sea plane that used to land there in the 40's and 50's. one can enjoy the sun there, but in a different way. There are several bars which have decks over the river water in the evening people start to arrive. When the sun starts to set, the silence is broken by a song: Ravel Bolero and the sunset goes with the melody.
